• Gan Luong, Chief Executive Officer

    Acorn Behavior Solutions was co-founded by Gan Luong, M.A. BCBA. Gan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience implementing Behavior Intervention and Skill-building strategies. He has provided Behavior Consultation services in a wide array of settings that include schools, homes, Day Care Programs (e.g. Site based & Community), and employment settings. Gan also has experience implementing ABA methods working in early intervention/intense practices programs. Gan believes that ABA methods can be applied in everyday life scenarios outside of behavior therapy sessions.

  • Aimee Mejia, Chief Operating Officer

    Since 2007, Aimee Mejia has provided quality services to individuals impacted by a disability. Aimee became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in November 2016. Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology and a MA in Behavior. Aimee holds over 14 years of experience working with individuals and their families achieve positive behavior outcomes. She has worked with individuals of various ages, sexes, ethnicities, in both single and multi-family homes. Aimee has also served a variety of individuals at schools, daycares, and other community locations. Aimee’s strengths involve behavior management, assessment, and consultation. Aimee believes one’s disability does not impede them from achieving their true potential and one of her pursuits includes advocating for the field for the Applied Behavior Analysis to help serve a variety of people in their communities.

  • Phuong Luong, Chief Financial Officer

    Acorn Behavior Solutions was co-founded by Mrs. Phuong Luong, Esq. Mrs. Luong is a Western State Law School graduate and holds the title of Chief Financial Office at Acorn Behavior Solutions

  • Behavior Analyst

    A Behavior Analyst has a Master's Degree and an active BCBA Certificate registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. They supervise cases as well as provide direct consultation services for programs that require a BCBA. They also provide BACB supervision requirements for employees/individuals enrolled in Graduate Degree Programs and Registered Behavior Technicians.

  • Managing Technician

    This individual has a Bachelor's Degree and an active BCaBA registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Or they are enrolled in Graduate Level ABA/BCBA course work/achieved a Master’s Degree. This position will provide direct consultation services. They receive Supervision hours that are in compliance with BACB requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.

  • Behavior Technician

    Our highly trained Behavior Technicians have the minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Applied Behavior Analysis. They have prior experience applying ABA methods in settings that include schools, intense practices, residential, and day program services. Behavior Consultants receive continuous training from Mid Tier Supervisors as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
